5. Chrome Extension

The Tovio Chrome extension analyzes text locally in your browser to provide tone-of-voice and content feedback.
We do not store or transmit your private text content unless you explicitly share it with us for support, demo, or feedback purposes.

6. Payments (if applicable)

Some current or future Services may require payment.
Pricing, billing terms, and refund policies will be provided separately at the time of purchase and will form part of these Terms.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party applications (e.g., Gmail, Google Docs, HubSpot, Intercom).
Tovio is not responsible for third-party services, and their separate terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or misused the Services.
You may stop using the Services at any time by discontinuing access.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
